Terry Buckland, Owner / CEO / Instructor Terry is an award winning National Certified Master Groomer by the National Dog Grooming Association of America. A Massachusetts native, Terry began her career while still in High School working in her family’s salon, and on weekends worked for one of the top Professional Show Dog handlers in the country, Mr. William Trainer. Terry attended Quinabaug Valley Community College in Connecticut for Business Administration. She now has over thirty five (35) years of grooming experience and seven (7) years of teaching experience. Terry has also certified over 400 students and continues her own education by studying with some of the industry’s top grooming competitors and judges. She attends numerous dog shows, trade shows, seminars and competes in grooming competitions.

Ken Buckland, Owner / Office Manager Ken has spent over twenty five (25) years in sales, marketing and management in the boat building industry. Ken attended the University of South Carolina and has a bachelors degree in psychology. Ken attends numerous trade shows throughout the year to keep informed on the latest grooming services and products. Ken also enjoys going to dog shows with his wife Terry and their Champion Standard Poodles.
